I guess I spoke too soon
It seems as is the girls were hurt, they were raped. I guess the little comfort that they can find in this time of need is that the bastard that did it isnt languishing away on death row or making appeal after appeal, he's taking the eternal dirt nap and maybe getting it in the ass by hitler down in hell.
The only thing that pisses me off more than the below story is:
These psychotic men who are doing copy cat crimes of stealing little girls. There is no punishment severe enough for you people. Hell is too good. It makes me wish I was good at tracking people, because I would be trying to find these guys. If I found them, the girls would be returned, but noone would ever find their kidnapper. Thats all I have to say about that.

I'm ashamed at the way people are outraged that Americans were killed by Palestinians. No outrage when it happens to Jews, just Americans. THERE'S NO FUCKIN DIFFERENCE PEOPLE! Read this story: Mob Now, I'm not trying to start something, but the way this article was written leads me to believe that the occupants in the van were white and the mob was black. Yeah, I know it's just an assumption, but is typical of a black on white crime report. Notice how we're all color blind when black hurts white, but 'we shall overcome' when white hurts black. Truthfully, I would love to see every story reported the way this one was. No matter what the freakin color is. Unfortunately, I dont report the news, neither do they though, they MAKE the news. There are millions of examples out there regarding this biased lack of reporting of minorities comitting crimes as compared to if whitey hurt a minority. Maybe this is one of them, maybe it's not, I havnt seen the corpses yet so dont know, but it is a hunch.
The Israel situation
I know I'm going to get a lot of crap for saying this, but seeing how there was another Suicide bomber last night I think it needs said. Israel will never win the public relations battle that is going on in the media. Israel will never win approval of the rest of the world to do ANYTHING. It still amazes me that half of the Israeli population is made up of peacenik liberals. Hello, people... get busy fighting or you'll be busy dying. It is the Israeli government's fault that the suicide bombing and gunmen have started up again. Yes, I realize that THEY are not carrying out the bombings and gunning down of innocent civilians, but they are responsible for it. They are responsible because they caved on their mission. Instead of gaining momentum after taking out Mr. Hamas bomb planner, they listened to the world and backed down once again. Within a day they were giving back money to the terrorists and moving out of territories. Do you really think that the Palestinians are scared now? No Way! Now they have the momentum because they know Israel can not stomach the criticism of a mission well done. Now, instead of cheering, they are apologizing. This was an obvious victory for the Palestinian people because it defined how far Israel can go and it's not very far. I wish just once that the Jewish people of THIS country would stand up and demand Colin Powell's resignation. Of course this wont happen, because most Jews here are Democrats and they can demand anything they want from Democrats, but the politians will never listen because they know they have the Jewish vote already. Maybe they dont realize that if Israel falls, New York is next. I mean, I'm a freakin WASP and I'm up in arms, but guess what? Noone listens to a male WASP and besides, most of us are too busy apologizing for being white and male. Well, now I've gone and broken my plan to not blog on political stuff. I'm not sorry because this has been bugging me every morning when I come in and ask where the bombing was (before I know for sure there is one) just because I know these Palestinian people view anything other than sheer force as weakness.

The Swedes, who are ready to break off diplomatic relations with America because of what we do in Vietnam, did not let out a peep when Hitler was slaughtering Jews. They sent Hitler choice iron ore, and ball bearings, and serviced his troop trains to Norway.
The Jews are alone in the world. If Israel survives, it will be solely because of Jewish efforts. And Jewish resources. Yet at this moment Israel is our only reliable and unconditional ally. We can rely more on Israel than Israel can rely on us. And one has only to imagine what would have happened last summer had the Arabs and their Russian backers won the war to realize how vital the survival of Israel is to America and the West in general.

Bayou Country
I'm heading down to Bayou country this weekend. There are some things I love about Louisiana, for instance: Seafood, Almost everywhere that's on the coast has seafood, but you aint ever had seafood till you've had cajun seafood. It's my old home and where I grew up. DRIVE THRU DAQUARI stores. Yep... feeling thirsty? They have more flavors than a snow cone stand. Not that I get to do it cause I'm driving, but my wife likes them. Yes, I realize that drinking and driving are common place in La, but I dont live there anymore and know better. Bayou country is ready for a party at any hour on any day. There's nothing better to me than getting a bunch of us on the ole party barge with a case of beer. Actually a crawfish boil is better, but its not crawfish season right now. I plan on bringing back some mega-jumbo shrimp though if I can remember the cooler. The only thing I really dislike about Louisiana is the weather. Everything there smells musty and the roads are horrible because of it. So... I wont be posting after noon on Friday, until Tuesday morning when I get back to work. I dont attempt to do any blog writting on dialup. In fact, dialup is last resort to me. We had something sorta big break so I'll probably be on it all day. I sure hope not since it's outside and it has been so hot, but probably will take all day. Good to see my favorite sites back posting, does it feel good to be missed? ;-)
Mountain Dew?
I just heard on the news that those miners that were trapped said that Mountain Dew was one of the key things that kept them alive for all that time. I've always felt that Mountain Dew was necter from the gods... but this down right proves it. These guys are one smart bunch. No more working in the mine these guys are going to work for Pepsi. Now I dont know that for sure, but Pepsi would be idiotic if they didnt make good multi-million deals for these guys stories or at least for them to appear in 10 or so commercials.
Slow day?
I'm going into withdrawal... Look people, maybe you dont realize it, but I look forward to updates! Nothing like Monday hell though. That's right... I'm calling y'all out! ;-)
Monday
Why is it that during the week it is killer to wake up, but on Sunday it doesnt seem so bad? I got a call from an insurance guy who wanted my version of a wreck I witnessed a few weeks ago. I gotta give him a call back since he left a message. This wreck was classic since it was another runned red light. This lady comes to a stop at the red light and then casually goes on in to traffic. For a split second I thought she was going to make it when the mini van just missed her. What I didnt see was the big Dodge Ram in the other lane who crunched her. Poor guy in the Ram couldnt see her because the minivan had shielded his view. He hit her so hard that her spare tire that hangs under the truck bed (she was in a S-10) ripped loose and rolled through the intersection. So after the light turned green for me (I was beside her going the same way) I pulled over and made sure everyone was ok. Of course the woman is still sitting in the S-10 and says she hurts. Well I wont say of course because that makes me sound bad, but there seems to be someone who gets 'hurt' in every accident these days. I am willing to bet she was 'hurt' because she thought she was in the right, in fact I know she thought she was in the right. So then the cops come and ask for witnesses and I go back over what happened. This lady hears from her truck (where she's still sitting) and yells... I DID NOT RUN A RED LIGHT! YOU'RE LYING! So I look at the cop and say... I dont think anyone runs a red light on purpose so obviously she doesnt think she ran it, but it took me 2 min to get a green light to park where I am. There was another guy who stopped too and of course said the same thing. So now I'm thinking... what if this lady had done this to me and noone was around? Are red light cameras really bad? I sure dont want a ticket because I was in the intersection trying to make a left turn and can only do it once the light turns red. But then again... I dont wanna have to pay for some one running a red light with noone around to make sure she pays. Maybe if it recorded on a 15 min loop and an officer could go replay it as long as they got there at least 15min after the wreck. Who knows... I'm sure it'd be abused though, just like everything else. Maybe I'll set up an indash camera like the coppers have. :-)
